Claremont Care Home

Claremont is a small 26-bedroom owner-managed residential care home run by Manager, Diane Chapman, and experienced national care leader, Julia Senah RGN.

Diane has many years of experience as a manager and has the Registered Manager's Award.

She leads our highly trained and dedicated staff in making sure each of our service users is treated with respect and dignity as part of their individual care plan.

As a qualified complex care nurse, Julia’s vision and passion have already set new standards in complex care, making her a distinguished figure in the care industry.

Her passion for helping others, including those in her care and her team, is her driving force and the guiding principle for Claremont Care Home.

Everyone who comes to Claremont is assured of a warm and friendly welcome, as well as exceptional and compassionate care from our dedicated team.

Our cooks prepare nutritious and delicious meals using fresh ingredients. Special diets are catered for with pleasure.

Weekly activities provided include fun exercises, crafts, quizzes, bingo, manicures, music and hairdressing. Church representatives conduct regular services for those who wish to take part.

All 26 of our rooms are en-suite and we benefit from having a new passenger lift and a new stairlift making Claremont completely accessible to all.
